Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Creative CEO Digitals sells digital products, including but not limited to digital downloads, templates, PLR & MRR products, courses, starter kits, and bundles. Once a digital product is delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

All Sales Are Final

Because digital products are instantly accessible and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer:

  • Refunds

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

This applies to all purchases, including sale items, discounted products, bundles, and promotional offers.

Please be sure to review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Access Issues or Technical Problems

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you received the wrong digital product or are unable to access your files, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Digital downloads

  • PLR (Private Label Rights) products

  • MRR (Master Resell Rights) products

  • Templates and workbooks

  • Courses, trainings, and starter kits

  • Bundles and value packs

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products.
If you wish to purchase a different product, a new purchase will be required.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you acknowledge that by purchasing and accessing our digital products, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and understand that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the product is accessed or downloaded, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for digital products once delivered or accessed.
